COLOGNE CLUB DAYS 2025 – Conference Day

In the organizer's words:

On Friday, August 22, the CCD Conference Day will give industry professionals and all interested parties a great insight into and overview of current cultural policy and creative industry topics in lectures and panel discussions. Representatives from practice, culture and politics discuss current challenges as well as forward-looking developments in club culture. These burning issues are discussed with the political groups, the mayor candidates and scene representatives: The contribution of the club scene against the social shift to the right and for a stable democracy; cultural urban development and - how could it be otherwise - the current financial situation of the scene and municipal budgets.

As always, the overarching question is: How can the scene be made (even) more sustainable, inclusive and mindful? And of course there will also be plenty of time and space to network and exchange ideas in between.

And after the content part of the CCD Conference Day? Klubkomm e. V. will be celebrating its 15th birthday - with a small anniversary show. Klubkomm e. V. is the association of Cologne clubs and event organizers and has been promoting the interests and concerns of Cologne's club culture since 2010. Anyone with a ticket to the CCD Conference Day is cordially invited to toast 15 years of association work with cool drinks and an entertaining stage program in the Stadtgarten!
