As an anesthesiologist, Anissa Loucif knows how to put people to sleep. With her comedy, she proves that she can also do the opposite: Stories from life as a Muslim woman, doctor and now mother, as only life in Berlin can write them. In her first solo program, the newcomer has the best of her unerring and bitterly wicked punchlines up her sleeve - and a lot of self-irony! Get ready for stories from the operating theater, from the puerperium or from Minder, the dating app for Muslims - laughter until the doctor comes is guaranteed.

ABOUT ANISSA:

Anissa Loucif is a comedian and anesthesiologist from Berlin. Her name appears in the Duden dictionary next to the term: 'Nothing half and nothing whole': half Algerian, half German. Half doctor and half comedienne. She knocks people out - at least when she has her anesthetics with her. As an anesthetist she puts people to sleep, with her comedy she does the opposite: stories from her life as a Muslim woman, doctor and now mother that only life in Berlin can write.

She grew up with Muslim parents and Christian grandparents between Eid, Christmas and nudism. To pull your hair out? Not for her. Because with her headscarf and a great sense of humor, she can defy this chaos. From autumn 2025, Anissa Loucif will be on tour in Germany, Switzerland and Austria with her first solo program MACH NICHT SO AUF TEUER.

Anissa Loucif is a finalist in the 2023 NightWash Talent Awards and her first stand-up videos went viral. In 2024, the comedienne shone at the 1LIVE COMEDY-NACHT XXL in front of 14,000 spectators on a large arena stage and was part of the Female Stand Up Special of the Carolin Kebekus Show on ARD. In January 2025, a major interview appeared in Stern magazine. In addition to regular appearances at the Downstairs Comedy Club, NightWash, Falsch, aber lustig and the LUCKY PUNCH Club, Anissa will go on tour with her first solo program MACH NICHT SO AUF TEUER from autumn 2025.
