▶ What is the "Cologne Running Crew"?
The "Cologne Running Crew", CRC for short, is the running club in Cologne. Since it was founded in 2014, the CRC has been a steadily growing community that meets regularly every Wednesday evening for a run.
▶ Can I run with you?
Yes, you can! Everyone is welcome and will be warmly welcomed. Even if you are a beginner, you can join us as we form several pace groups so that no one is left behind.
▶ How long do you run & how fast do you run?
We run at a pace of between 5:00 and 6:00 minutes per kilometer and always run for about an hour.
▶ Do I have to register?
No, you can just come to our meeting point spontaneously and run with us.
▶ What are these test events?
Test events from various running shoe manufacturers often take place as part of the running club, giving you the opportunity to test the latest running shoes. You can find information about upcoming events on our social media channels - or in our WhatsApp group.
