Colorful Handlettering

The beauty of hand lettering? Anyone can do it - we don't have to reinvent the wheel - or the letter. An A remains an A and a Z remains a Z.

In this workshop, which is absolutely suitable for beginners, we will look at different lettering styles, which we will try out and combine with all kinds of materials. Watercolor, colored pencils, ink and fineliner give us many great looks in combination.

The focus here is on colorful and relaxed because it is the imperfect that makes hand lettering pictures so attractive. We practise and test together so that everyone achieves a result that is as individual as you are!

You will learn:

• Perform different lettering styles and put them on paper

• A few important design tips and tricks for a beautifully imperfect result

• How to use brush pens, watercolor and pencils in combination

• Tricks to bring multiple words together

• During the workshop you will create several letterings of your own, whether for the wall or as a greeting card.
