Community Sunday

In the organizer's words:

In a world where individualism often takes center stage and community is becoming less and less important, it is now more important than ever to create spaces for genuine connection. Community Sunday is a new format for all those who do not feel at home in the existing offerings of religious communities or neighborhood associations and are looking for authentic, enriching community experiences full of energy, warmth and connection.

This event is an integral part of the "Innerchange Academy" project and is aimed at all those who are looking for a place of peace and exchange in hectic city life. It's not just about being together, but about conscious, inner growth - combined with the energy and support of a great community.

Rough and (still incomplete) schedule of the evening:

• Arrive
  Welcome to your space: We start the evening with a short meditation to tune into ourselves and the group.

• Emotional unloading in groups of two
  Space for what moves us: In short, guided conversations, we can share ourselves and shed our inner baggage.

• Accountability groups
  We get together in small groups of two or three to support each other and set goals for the coming week.

• Sharing in plenary
  Exchange and reflection: What were your best moments in the past week? What challenges did you overcome or still need support with?

• Input for reflection
  Finally, there will be a short interactive reflection session to help us integrate what we have experienced and set new impulses for the next week.

• Buffet to bring along
  Sharing food is a symbol of community: everyone brings a snack and we enjoy a rich buffet to round off the evening.
