My yoga style is very meditative, awareness and self-care oriented but also strengthening, stretching and relaxing. The contents of each session are meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, asanas, i.e. yoga postures that vary and build on each other, and the final deep relaxation.
I have completed my training as a Hatha Yoga teacher at Yoga Vidya in the Sivananda style and would like to share this valuable knowledge and practice with you. My actual basic profession is social worker and I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and am very grateful to have found an anchor in the middle of the stormy ocean of life, with all its shallows and currents, which invites me to regenerate, pause and practice equanimity. On a mental and physical level, this is a tried and tested health prevention method that is thousands of years old.
You don't need to have any previous experience, I try to make the level so open that people with and without a yoga background can feel addressed. You don't need any colorful batik leggings and it doesn't matter how old you are, how athletic etc....Yoga is for EVERYONE
As a person with MS myself, I would especially like to encourage other MS sufferers among us to take part and benefit from the practice...
