CountryMo and the Catfish

In the organizer's words:

Get carried away by the hottest six-piece country cover band from northern Hesse!

With a repertoire of classic, alternative, pop and punk country songs as well as selected folk and bluegrass gems, "CountryMo and the Catfish" will get your feet tapping and legs dancing.

Louis Siebert (drums), Mario Reitze (bass), Thorsten Prinz (lead guitar), Thomas Schmidt (banjo, acoustic guitar, backing vocals), Thomas Kaufmann (acoustic guitar, vocals) and Monika Rack (harps, acoustic guitar, vocals) came together in early 2022 in search of similar country crazies to treat their listeners to polyphonic vocal harmonies, catchy rhythms and a typical country sound. Since then, the band has played numerous gigs in North and East Hesse, East Westphalia and Wiesbaden.

Now the Kassel band is playing in the heart of their homeland. So grab your cowboy boots, put on your cowboy hats and join them on a musical road trip through endless highways, wide open fields, bittersweet memories and lots of fun! Yeehhaw!
