Cover design workshop 🖌️ with @studiokronschnabl

In this workshop you will learn the basics of cover design: from the initial idea to design principles and typography through to technical implementation using common programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Whether you are a musician, author, artist or simply curious about design processes - if you have an idea for your album, book or project cover but have little experience in design or need some support, this is the right place for you. At the end of the workshop, you'll have your own professionally designed cover in your hands!

Malena Kronschnabl is a communication designer and founder of @studiokronschnabl based in Stuttgart, specializing in visual communication for art, culture and education. After studying at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart @klassethomas and the Winchester School of Art, she gained experience in international design studios. Her work has been awarded and exhibited several times; she also teaches Design Basics at @hdm.stuttgart.

💡What to bring? Your laptop with Adobe programs already installed (trial version available free of charge for one week) and, if you already have photos and information for your cover, please bring these too. Also: pens and paper for sketches as well as inspiration material for your designs.
