Craft & Cream - Das Pairing Tasting mit Eis und Bier

In the organizer's words:

Beer & ice cream? That's right! Just as hearty dishes can be combined with the fermented juice, it also works with the popular cold dish. Especially in summer.

Our tasting lasts about 1 ½ hours and includes the tasting of three different beers that are not normally drunk in the stadium or in front of the TV. Each beer will be accompanied by a matching homemade ice cream from Kugelpudel.

During the tasting, you will of course also receive a number of inputs, for example on the history of beer or the right way to taste it. The evening will be rounded off with a small vote to find out which combination has won over the most people.

You will be guided through the beer tasting by our beer expert Thomas Somerville, who, after several years in the retail trade for specialty beers, his own brewing experiments and countless tested beers, is now looking forward to spending a convivial evening with you and expanding your beer and ice cream horizons.
