Beers matured in wooden barrels have a very special character and this can be influenced even more if the barrel was previously filled with a spirit. These aromas are then transferred into the beer and add a new twist. Beers that remain in the storage tank for an unusually long period of time also change and some rare beers improve from day to day. The brewmaster decides the day of bottling - the zenith of the best taste.

In this exclusive tasting, we immerse ourselves in this world. You will learn everything you need to know about barrel production, storage and the special beer styles that will be tasted in this tasting. The different beers are all strictly limited vintage beers, some of which can only be sampled during this tasting.
