🎨 Create and Affirm - Design your own affirmation card set in the open air 🌿

Words have power. They can lift you up, remind you and encourage you. In this creative outdoor workshop, we combine nature, mindfulness and art to bring your own affirmations to life - on lovingly designed cards that will accompany you in your everyday life.

✨ What you can expect:

After a relaxed arrival in the greenery, we start with a short mindfulness impulse to arrive in the here and now. Then we invite you to try out colors and materials - whether watercolors, Ecoline, chalk, brush pens or fineliners: everything can be created easily, intuitively and freely.

You will receive impulses on the meaning and effect of affirmations and develop your own first sentences that will strengthen you in everyday life. You will then design your own personal set of affirmation cards - creative, colorful and meaningful.

🌸 You go home with:

• a self-designed set of affirmation cards (approx. 6-10 cards)

• lots of creative ideas and inspiration

• a good feeling of connection - to yourself and to nature

🧘‍♀️ No artistic skill necessary - it's about expression, not perfection.
