We want to experience writing (in the broadest sense) as a collaborative queer & feminist practice, creatively exploring our vulnerability and making connectedness artistically tangible.
Writing can be many things: text on paper, paint on canvas, fingers on skin, knitting, dancing, etc. What happens when we open up our understanding of creative 'writing' and explore its versatility? And where can it lead us if we understand it as a collective adventure, less as an 'intellectual' act and more as a form of relationship work with ourselves and the world?
The aim is to open up a space in which we can explore these questions under guidance. In doing so, we want to allow ourselves to relate to each other and our creative expression in a playful way.
The workshop is divided into two parts that build on each other. Participation in both days is recommended, but not a prerequisite. It is aimed at Queers, Flinta* and Friends, i.e.: all are welcome, but an understanding is required that queerness in its diversity should determine the space and have room to unfold and multiply unhindered.
