In the organizer's words:

On July 12, 2025, we will once again transform Kiel into a proud stage of diversity:
Demonstration: Start at 12:00 noon | Platz der Matrosen (HBF)
Street party: from 14:00 | Children's Rights Square (Hörn)

Under the motto "Glitter instead of queerphobia", we are sending a clear signal - against discrimination, against right-wing agitation, against intolerance. For respect. For visibility. For queer life in all colors!
Queerphobia unfortunately still has a place in our society - on the street, on the internet, in politics. That's why we're taking to the streets loudly, visibly and in solidarity. We will not be intimidated! Instead of hate, there's glitter. Instead of fear, there's pride. Instead of exclusion, we celebrate diversity.

Be there - whether queer or ally, loud or quiet, colorful or in solidarity. Together we show: Love is not a crime. Queer life belongs in the heart of our society.

Important: Around July 12, there will be traffic restrictions along the demonstration route (to be announced) and at the start and end points. Please plan accordingly.

Kiel, we are counting on you! Glitter instead of queerphobia - Never be silent again: for a future full of respect, diversity and love!

Here are some tips:
please make sure to dispose of your waste properly
respect other participants
please follow the instructions of the stewards and the organizing team
take care of yourself and your group, get home safely
know your limit
remember sunscreen and drinking water
