Slow Club proudly presents:

DAEVAR
We are very happy to welcome one of the most exciting bands in Stoner/Doom at Slow Club. The band themselves describe their sound as somewhere between Sleep and Paradise Lost and fans of Windhand or Monolord will definitely get their money's worth!

But actually, stubborn comparisons with other bands don't do them justice at all, DAEVAR find their own niche and deliver atmospheric anthems inspired by what's really happening in the world. Instead of singing about the sweetness of the page or spreading eternal gloom, the band dares to address socially critical issues and, quite rightly, sees no reason to hide their ideals.

DEAF PROOF

Gosh, we don't really know how this could have happened, but it has. Shared stages with Orange Goblin, Acid King or Saint Vitus (just to name a few), but never performed on the most beautiful stage in town. Freiburg stoner rock legends DEAF PROOF are actually playing their very first show at the Slow Club!

If you know them, you know what you're in for, but everyone else should know that we're in for a hard rocking' machine and you can expect the finest psychedelic stoner with lots of atmosphere and soul.
