Danielle Friedman is a pianist, composer, and improviser whose music seamlessly weaves elements of jazz, classical, and lyrical improvisation, infused with vibrant imagination and rhythmic flair.

Friedman's academic journey began at The Center for Jazz Studies in Tel Aviv and continued at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York, where she earned her Bachelor's in Fine Arts on a full scholarship.

In 2018, she relocated to Berlin and became an active force in the local and international music scene. Friedman has been involved with ensembles such as Lisa Hoppe's YSOP, Tangerine, Zahir, King Josephine, Invisible Architects, and D&DF&P. Her work has garnered numerous awards and grants, including the Zurückgeben Stiftung award, the Israeli Culture Award, Amarte Fonds, and a Deutsche Jazzpreis nomination.
