Flo loves bread. Any kind of bread: in a loaf, as a loaf, sliced or unsliced. But his favorite is wholemeal toast. Wonderfully fragrant, crunchy in taste and yet airy.
Flo hates anything orange. Why? Perhaps because his parents (Paula, a spoon handle, and Fred, a bread tin) have a completely different opinion of nutrition, or rather a healthy and balanced diet.
This can only lead to conflict. Flo takes a stand and breaks away. Always in search of his own way through the world of nutrition. The best bread in the world.
Topics such as forming one's own will, obedience and personal responsibility, upbringing and relationships are addressed without regurgitating preconceived opinions and thought models.
A story for children of kindergarten age with lots of music, exciting new and classic folk songs about food and nutrition.
