How did today's Jewish Museum Munich come into being? What is the special architecture all about? What is hidden in the permanent exhibition "Voices_Places_Times"? What objects are there to discover? Which traces can you follow? We would like to explore these and other questions in our tour "The Jewish Museum Munich. Our house".
The Jewish Museum Munich opened its doors in 2007 and since then has offered its visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Jewish history and present of the city in a variety of ways.
The permanent exhibition shows different facets and narratives of Jewish life in Munich. Various stations illustrate these lives and tell special and everyday stories.
In the tour "The Jewish Museum Munich. Our House", our guides present selected aspects of the museum's history using a number of objects from the permanent exhibition. The focus is also on entering into a dialog with the visitors and reflecting on and classifying the topics discussed in the museum.

The tour lasts 60 minutes.
