In the organizer's words:

The Syrian immigrant Farrah luckily finds a job as a housekeeper for the dysfunctional Engels family in Berlin. Over time, Farrah takes on an increasingly important role in the lives of her parents Tim and Milena and their three children Frieda, Jon and Dio. Eventually, her influence is so strong that the dysfunctional family is inevitably driven to finally reconnect after such a long time. But when Farrah reveals her own troubled and dark fate to the family, everything is turned upside down. The family is confronted with the consequences of their actions and must come to terms with their own long-buried secrets. In the midst of this tangible crisis, they realize that they must finally come clean and can only be strong together.
