Forget jellyfish, wasps and annoying sunburn - beautifully shaded at Friedrichstraße S-Bahn station, DISTEL has no open air at all, just a good draught in your head. When the others are sweating, you can sit with us in the cool - or to paraphrase Nietzsche: Global Warming? Local cabaret!

Germany is looking for the super tenant - The agony comes with the choice

A beautiful old apartment in Berlin Mitte, the dream of every Berliner. Marco Hilpers lives in it, he doesn't own it yet, but his father bought it for him and one day he will inherit it. Nevertheless, Marco is broke and urgently needs money. His numerous business ideas and start-ups - from vegan dog food to life coaching for stranded MPs - are not turning a profit. So he decides to rent out a room in the apartment and arranges a viewing.

The whole of Berlin turns up: Various top politicians are on hand, precariously employed women meet ice-cold top managers, speculators meet left-wing autonomists who have suddenly become rich. Marco has a free choice. But the apartment has its pitfalls - from Marco's permanent flatmate Lutz, who simply stayed there after a party three years ago and now effectively lives there, to his father, who increasingly threatens to disinherit his son if he doesn't get his life together.

For 90 minutes, the craziest constellations arise. Politicians become private, the private becomes political and the sword of Damocles looms over all of this - tomorrow it could all be over if dad gets angry.
