El Disablo - A cripple play

David Stockenreitner is only brave on stage, nowhere else, he says. He just can't move that well. But it wouldn't be entirely fair to hold his reduced stage performance against him. David Stockenreitner inevitably and rightly relies on the quality of his text and delivery - and uses his USP as a physically disabled comedian as a pass for punchlines. With ruthless self-irony, he manages to walk a tightrope along various taste and hearing boundaries with impish surefootedness. Not for the faint-hearted, but always original and cleverly witty, even with the most physical comedy.
