Wet plate photography is a historical process dating back to 1851.
Experience the creation of your portrait up close and watch over my shoulder during the individual processing steps!

A single shooting takes about 30 minutes including the production and development of the "wetplate".
For a smooth process and to avoid waiting times, an appointment reservation is required.

10 x 12.5 cm - 69 EUR
13 x 18 cm - 99 EUR
20 x 25 cm - 169 EUR

high-resolution scan (optional) - 15 EUR

The production of a "wetplate" takes place immediately before the photo is taken and the development immediately afterwards. Despite this "instant process", it is unfortunately not possible to take the plate directly with you, as it still has to be soaked for a while. After complete drying, it is coated with a varnish for protection and is usually ready for collection 10 days after the photo has been taken. Alternatively, the plate can also be shipped.
