Welcome to: DEJAVU.
The 90s, 2000s and 2010s made hip hop the world's leading genre to this day. The turn of the millennium stood for the digital age and produced the first so-called "noughties" megastars in pop culture terms. Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Pharrell, Missy Elliott, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Snoop, Black Eyed Peas, Akon, Lil Wayne, Drake, Beyoncé, Kendrick, A$AP Rocky and many others gave the music genre hip hop the leap into the absolute mainstream. Y2K fashion, sound and style are simply unique.
Who doesn't celebrate that? Swaggy, bouncy and danceable beats with singalong hooks, USB MP3 players, burnt mixtape CDs and completely thrown-together clothes. Colorful, a little flashy, wildly patterned, extremely revealing. We all love the style: baggy pants, hipster jeans over crop tops, bandeau tops, sunglasses with colorful lenses and short cardigans. Nostalgic, although futuristic - and sometimes on the fine line between tasteless and stylish.
At DEJAVU, we uncompromisingly revive the sound of the 2000s and 2010s and bring the vibe of that time back into the club.
