Climate crisis, geopolitical conflicts, social inequality - we are living in an era of excessive demands in which old certainties have become fragile. Robert Habeck, philosopher and former federal minister, moves like no other at the interface between political practice and theoretical reflection. His books (most recently: "Den Bach rauf") revolve around questions of attitude, language and integrity in politics - beyond mere power tactics. Opposite him sits Florian Schroeder, cabaret artist, publicist and clever commentator on public discourse. Both ask: What can politics still achieve today? How do we maintain the ability to debate in the noise of the opinion markets? How can freedom be conceived where security is demanded? And: Is there a way back to a discourse that is characterized not only by being right, but also by understanding?
