The program will be accompanied by sign language interpreters and will also be available as a livestream on this page.

Democracy is not only under threat at national level, but also at local level. We want to talk about what our democracy needs to become more resilient and vibrant. We would like to present positive examples of civic engagement in Cologne and encourage people to get actively involved themselves.

How can engagement be promoted, what new forms of participation are possible for citizens and how can people who are disenchanted with democracy be won back to democratic processes? That's what we want to discuss!
