What do you do if you encounter enemies of democracy at school, at work or in a club? Participants in the panel discussion at the ZeitZentrum Zivilcourage on March 24 will be asking this question. The group of experts will include historian and director of the Buchenwald and Mittelbau-Dora Memorials Foundation, Jens-Christian Wagner. He will give an impulse.

This event is part of the supporting program of the exhibition "ChallengeDemocracy - From Helmut Schmidt to Today", which can be seen at the VHS Hannover from 4 March to 17 April. The exhibition focuses on the former Chancellor of Germany, but also on overarching themes such as the security of our democracy. It is being shown by the ZeitZentrum Zivilcourage of the state capital Hanover in cooperation with the Bundeskanzler-Helmut-Schmidt-Stiftung.
