Dengue Dengue Dengue: Behind the masks of the tropical bass duo are the two Peruvian producers, DJs and graphic designers Felipe Salmon and Rafael Pereira. As specialists in experimental bass music, they fuse traditional rhythms from the Peruvian jungle with influences from all over the world. Their musical spectrum ranges from cumbia to dub, from salsa to footwork, from tribal to techno and is constantly renewing itself. Their sets recreate traditional structures electronically, mix new and old, analog and digital and combine the whole thing with psychedelic visuals to create ecstatic experiences. According to Salmon, the word "Dengue" means "desire to celebrate" and is also a rhythm from Cuba; the fact that they have made it their name three times in a row says it all: pure joy.

Joining us will be Barcelona-based Venezuelan producer and DJ Phran, who is dedicated to the intersection of techno, electro and acid with obscure tropical rhythms.
