Denken.Fühlen.Handeln-Festival

In the organizer's words:

From 30.06. to 05.07.2025 the festival "Think.Feel.Act - A Future Festival for Planetary Justice" will take place in Bielefeld. The festival is organized by the working group 10 "Migration Education and Racism Criticism" at the Faculty of Education at Bielefeld University and Welthaus Bielefeld e.V.. The diverse program will be developed and designed in a participatory process in cooperation with many other actors.

The festival will be an educational and meeting place for people from academia, politics, activism, education, civil society and the general public and will cover the entire city. The events are free of charge.

We live in times of multiple crises, such as the climate catastrophe, growing social inequality and the normalization of anti-human politics. The DFH Festival brings people together and enables them to share their experiences and possibly also their different political attitudes.

At the heart of thinking about planetary justice is the question of what possibilities exist and can be shaped to enable a more peaceful, interpersonal and cross-species coexistence. How can we shape a social reality that is associated with less suffering, indifference and destruction?
