Stroking a monument Listening to a monument - Walk 1
- Sensory city walks through Spandau
In August 2025, artists Sabine Ercklentz and Justin Time invite you to an extraordinary encounter with monuments in public spaces:
On three Sundays, bronze and stone sculptures in Spandau will be transformed into tactile and sonic spaces of experience. Participants are invited to feel and caress the monuments and listen live via headphones to the sound of their touch.
These sensory sound walks open up new perspectives on urban remembrance culture - physically, acoustically, collectively.
Dates & meeting points:
Walk 1: 03.08.2025 | 2 pm - Spandau city center (Am Juliusturm 64)
