"Hier geht's lang, bidde" - With this striking opener, the Dennis & Jesko Band has been creating a great atmosphere for years. Consisting of the award-winning satirists and comedians Dennis Kaupp and Jesko Friedrich and their third band member and producer Markus Baier, the band has established a firm place for itself in the German media landscape. With over 500 million views on the YouTube channel WUMMS and many audio streams on various platforms, the Dennis & Jesko Band is a phenomenon - and not just online.

The band is known for its satirical songs, which deal with the topic of soccer in a humorous and critical way. Their songs are particularly popular with young fans - kids can sing them by heart! In addition to their first super hit "RAMBO RAMOS", which became a real earworm with over 58 million views, the trio's repertoire includes other well-known schoolyard hits such as "The Lewandowski Song", "The Mbappé Song", "The Messi-Ronaldo (GOAT) Song" and "The Antonio Rüdiger Song". With their catchy melodies and witty lyrics, they hit the nerve of the times and make both children and adults smile. The three creative minds, who have been writing their WUMMS songs themselves since 2020, have known each other for a long time: Markus has been producing Dennis and Jesko's satirical songs for "Extra 3" (ARD) for over a decade. The humorous productions by Dennis & Jesko are also an integral part of this satirical cult show. Their Extra 3 segment "Johannes Schlüter" was awarded the Grimme Prize in 2009 and the Juliane Bartel Media Prize in 2013.
