Depeche Mode Party – Sounds of the Universe

🎶 A Night Dedicated to the Spirit of Depeche Mode!

Whether it's "Enjoy the Silence", "Personal Jesus" or "Never Let Me Down Again" - Depeche Mode have written music history and shaped generations. The British band stands for the soundtrack of the dark and colorful 80s like no other and has made synthpop socially acceptable in all its emotional power.

Especially in Leipzig, with its strong scene and wave community, Depeche Mode have always been more than just a band - they are cult. Their celebrated performance at Leipzig's Zentralstadion in 2006 and their regular visits to the trade fair city on tour remain unforgotten.

On October 4, 2025, we will be celebrating this musical legacy with an exclusive Depeche Mode party in Hall D of WERK2.

Two experienced scene DJs will bring the sound of Dave Gahan & Co. to the dance floor - from iconic classics to rare B-sides, from remix bangers to atmospheric anthems:

DJ A.L.E.X has been a fixture in the German dark wave and electro scene for over 15 years. His sets range from a nostalgic 80s feel to modern EBM and synthpop tracks. As a resident of various trendy clubs in Leipzig, Halle and Dresden, he knows exactly how to fill a dark party with soul.

🎧 DJ H@ajo
DJ H@ajo is a true connoisseur of electronic music history - and you can hear it. He has been behind the turntables since the early 90s, with a clear focus on synthpop, EBM and new wave. His passion for Depeche Mode goes far beyond the usual: as a long-time collector, fan and DJ, he designs his sets with a lot of passion, flair and a fine knack for emotional dramaturgy. Regular appearances at scene events throughout Germany make him a valued guest DJ - and a must for every DM fan.
