After the theater of reconciliation and coming to terms with the present , the third season of Max Czollek's discussion series turns to the future. Its title is: The beginning is near. In view of the catastrophes that have occurred in recent years and are currently looming, this may seem somewhat counterintuitive - but that is precisely the point: to take the crisis as a starting point in order to move on differently and better. This requires a twofold insight: the recognition that current developments radically call into question previous political and economic conditions and forms of social interaction. And the assumption that it is therefore necessary to make a new start in order to change things for the better. The question of what has not worked and is currently not working is therefore closely linked to the question of the future. It forms the bracket for Czollek's discussions with actors who are concerned in one way or another with the question of how things can and must continue. In other words, they develop ideas and provide impetus for the motto of this third season: The beginning is near.
