In the organizer's words:

People bring clothes and toys for children and babies that they no longer need. They can take new favorite items from other people's things. Without any money. Whatever is left over will be donated. Please only clean and intact clothes for children and babies.

The event is part of Family Saturday, which also includes a Repair Cafe and Lego Action.
