In the year 2050, teenagers Tom and Stella are training to be astronauts on board the Space Camp 1 space station. In their latest adventure, a huge hurricane is heading for the Earth's mainland. Hundreds of thousands of people are in danger! Suddenly the weather satellite fails, destroyed by flying meteorites. Little Major Tom, his friend Stelle and the robot cat Plutinchen are the only ones who can help now. A decommissioned weather satellite has to be put into operation and the three of them set off on a nerve-wracking mission to the moon. The challenges the three of them have to overcome and whether they manage to activate the weather station in the end can now be found out in this thrilling film experience for space fans of all ages.

This new adventure of the protagonists of the popular children's book series "Little Major Tom" (published by Tessloff Verlag since 2018) is available exclusively at the Planetarium and is an exciting space adventure for the whole family. The story not only provides entertaining knowledge about space and space travel, but also sensitively addresses the consequences of climate change for the Earth.
