In the organizer's words:

On August 16, the Blühende Barock in Ludwigsburg will once again be the backdrop for an atmospheric summer evening full of light, music and magic. From 2 pm to around 10 pm, visitors can expect a varied program for the whole family.

From 2 p. m., model sailors will present their detailed boats on the lake in the south garden.

From 6 p.m., the three winners of the International Street Music Festival 2025 and three other bands from the festival will provide musical variety, from soulful to rhythmic, on the stages in the Lower East Garden and at the Park Café for visitors to linger and enjoy.

Between 4 and 8 p.m.,children can make their own lanterns in the Hahn'scher Garten. At 8 pm, the big parade starts around the Schüsselesee lake, an enchanting sight at dusk.

Clown and magician Tilo Schoppe entertains young and old with two performances in the early evening.

Highlight of the evening:

At 9:30 pm, the lights and music show at Emichsburg Castle, which lasts around 15 minutes, begins with LED staging, pyrotechnics and songs such as Titanium, Gimme Love and Chandelier, staged by Flashart.

Your own non-alcoholic drinks and small snacks may be brought along to a limited extent. Random bag checks will be carried out.

Security

Additional security measures will be in place at Lichterzauber in Ludwigsburg, including random bag checks focusing on dangerous items. Visitors are asked to refrain from carrying unnecessary bags and objects. Knives, dangerous objects, tables, tents, parasols and large quantities of alcohol are not permitted.
