The Superman monologue - A man gets out. Or gets in.

The TiG presents the world premiere of a play that moves, challenges and resonates.

Feminism needs men. Because patriarchy affects everyone - it forces men to be strong, dominant and conformist. A system that allows no weakness and destroys people.

Henning Kallweit plays Nikolas. Marie-Christine Mühlen directs and is on stage as SHE.

What is it about?

Nikolas has lost everything - job, friends, prospects. Why? Because he worked until he couldn't work anymore, until he hurt someone. Now he's stuck - in a world full of expectations but without guidance. Then SHE shows up. A stranger? His conscience? Or does she know him better than he knows himself? A radical examination of masculinity, guilt and responsibility. Black humor. Ruthless directness. An evening that stays with you.

Trigger warning: The play deals with suicide, violence and mental illness.
