The Trojan War
Ludwig, who is unfit for life, lives with his aunt Erna, an old woman, on a farm near Freising. She cherishes the memory of her father, a participant in the First and Second World Wars. When a young woman who works at the Freising DAK moves into the village, Ludwig tries to impress her by attending the adult education course "The Trojan War". Gradually, Ludwig's family history becomes intertwined with the story of the Homeric heroes' battle for Troy.
