DeSchoWieda - Des tourt guad!

In the organizer's words:

Driven by intense tuba bass, Quetschn synth and fresh beats (folk music meets pop, hip hop and dance music), the Lederhosen Gangsta "DeSchoWieda" are still on the road with their unmistakable sound and cheeky lyrics: Des tourt guad!

After more than 10 years, they still like to jam in confined spaces and shoot their videos in the car. With their Bavarian cult version "Nimma" of the chart-breaker "Timber" by Pitbull, they became famous overnight in 2014 and started a live success story through Bavaria and Austria in 2015 with a sold-out concert in the Erdinger Stadthalle. In 2017, DeSchoWieda gave a Bavarian response to "Despacito" in a Mustang convertible, chauffeured by Monika Gruber.

The summer of 2019 was all about the 90s hit "I'm too sexy" with Right Said Fred "auf da Bierbank", which is still doing the rounds internationally in a joint car video (17 million impressions on Facebook to date). The "Centerfold" was checked out on the band bus with Hannes Ringlstetter in 2022! Who will be sitting in the car next? Let us surprise you. In addition to original world hit cover versions and medleys, their "Easy Rider" has been cycling unabated through the festival strongholds since 2014, showing the "Grantler" how to relax hands-free under the life motto "Scheiß da nix". The catchy tune "Heid moi ned an moing denga" is sung loudly for the much-loved "Oh Mare", until "Fensterln geh" is perhaps successful after all ;) "Servus Habedehre", probably the most beautiful closing song of all time, will soon need its own press release.

In short: The video from 2017 with "DeSchoWieda feat. FT München Gern & Philipp Lahms Weggefährten" could hardly be more atmospheric - since then, this anthem has concluded the band's live performances with Funkenflug and accompanied thousands of fans home happy, and not just from the Wiesn.
