Dortmund's Desert Docks is entering its fourth round! 🌵 Organized by Dings e.V., this year's show will take place at the in-house mini-desert (and ear oasis) at Speicher100 at Dortmund harbour: the Kieselwiese. Our mascot, the Kieselwiese weasel, promises you: it will be an absolutely fantastic atmosphere, it will be loud and dusty, it will be one of your summer highlights. You can expect three bands with a sound between stoner rock, psychedelic and heavy metal, enriched with prog, post and doom influences. 🏜️🦦

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦

NOORVIK (Cologne): Active since 2016, they combine post-rock with prog, stoner
and doom metal. Their first albums (2018/19) were still post-rock-heavy,
but more progressive. On Hamartia (2022), they break with genre clichés,
combine groove, metal riff s and melodies, always purposefully. So far
three albums, over 60 live shows. @noorvik_official

APEWARDS (Marburg): The power trio combines desert rock, stoner,
alternative and psychedelic. Their songwriting transcends genre boundaries
boundaries, with pounding rhythms, riff s and catchy vocals.
Comparisons: Soundgarden, Black Sabbath. 2023 saw the release of the analog
produced album "Akrasia" (Noisolution promo) was released in 2023.

AEON TEMPLE (Ruhr area): Born on the heavy metal-soaked
soil of the Ruhr region, the band combines stoner rock, psychedelic and heavy
heavy metal with prog, post and doom influences. Live they unleash
energetic sound experiments between darkness and intoxication.
