The human brain is pretty clever. But that's where it gets exciting, because the cleverer it is, the easier it is to trick, and suddenly intelligence and deception are very close together. Desimo examines the "phenomenal" abilities of the brain and shows the secret facets of artful manipulation, from perfidiously sinister to fascinatingly dazzling to rousingly funny.
