Club 72: Nuria Noba x Dews Pegahorn @Sound of Stuttgart

The Stuttgart musician Nuria Noba (live) combines German rap, pop and jazz in her music. In her lyrics, she gives a deep insight into her inner life and processes her experiences as a post-migrant in Germany. She addresses growing up between different cultures, her childhood experiences and questions of identity. In October 2024, she released her first EP 'Liladilett', which gives an insight into her creative work of recent years.

Stuttgart-based Dews Pegahorn (live), an emerging force in the music scene with roots in Madagascar and China, captivates audiences with his unique sound and magnetic stage presence. His music, aptly described as "Danceable Manic Depression", combines a fascinating blend of goth new wave, indie and alt, offering a unique sonic experience with mostly over 160 BPM and melancholic guitar sounds.

At the end of Club 72's away game, Señor Azul brings a fresh summer breeze to the dance floor! With his groovy house beats, refined with a pinch of bossa nova, he manages to get the crowd moving and the atmosphere boiling. His sets are a mix of pulsating rhythms and sunny vibes - a sound that reaches the heart and feet in equal measure.

Club 72 is a joint project between the Merlin cultural center and the Popbüro Region Stuttgart. Newcomer bands from the region are presented once a month as part of this series of events. Club 72 offers tomorrow's acts a stage today. This time as an away show at the StadtPalais, as part of the "Sound of Stuttgart" festival.
