Who was Rosa Klauber?
The PATHOS Theater is located on the site of the former Luitpold barracks. One hundred years ago, this was the site of the ultra-modern lace underwear factory of Jewish entrepreneur Rosa Klauber. Traummaschine Inc. sends the audience on a journey into her life: Between lengths of fabric and whispers of the past, through a world of ghosts and forgotten stories, faded patterns and the sounds of machines - a sensory experience that makes history tangible. Past and present interweave to create an installation in which Rosa Klauber's legacy lives on.

As a multidisciplinary ensemble,Traummaschine Inc. was awarded the City of Munich's theater sponsorship prize in 2022 for its achievements to date and its unusual artistic positions. The interdisciplinary composition of the group appeals to audiences on a variety of levels: exciting stories meet subtle humor, socio-political topics meet magical moments, enlightenment meets the fantastic and musical pleasure meets unusual venues. In their latest productions "Die Beute. Ein Einbruch in das koloniale Labyrinth" and "skills and dreams", both of which were presented at the PATHOS Theater, collectivity and participation are at the heart of the creative process. By collaborating with experts in the fields of costume, dance and visuals, as well as through a series of workshops at local partner schools, the collective aims to provide new impetus in children's and youth theater.
