Cologne fag collective "Garde der Garstigen" with new show at the Artheater!

After the Cologne fag collective "Garde der Garstigen" was founded in 2023 and has put on several successful shows since then, the 12 faggots are now back! The Garde der Garstigen is back and is bringing a new shaggy-beautiful show to the stage! On April 3, 2025, the collective invites you to their new show at the Artheater.

The audience can look forward to a colorful mix of performances ranging from self-written songs, lip-sync, dance and spoken word to abstract and humorous performance art - without claiming perfection. Political topics such as discrimination, sexuality, feminism and gender often take center stage. Humor and self-irony are a top priority. The Garde der Garstigen promises an evening full of shenanigans, colorful groping and unforgettable entertainment that pushes the boundaries of the ordinary and celebrates the diversity of queer culture.

Admission starts at 19:00 and the show will hopefully begin immediately afterwards. For pupils, students or trainees as well as people on low incomes who receive state benefits, e.g. housing benefit or citizen's allowance, admission costs €10. For all others €15.
