Balkan Beats & Eastern European Pop at KESSELHAUS as part of the goEAST Film Festival

When the goEast - Festival of Central and Eastern European Film transforms Wiesbaden into a cultural melting pot, the legendary festival party is an absolute highlight! On April 25, the Kesselhaus im Schlachthof will open its doors for a musical journey that combines tradition with modernity and pushes the boundaries of the genre. Three extraordinary artists have come together for this special evening: Naina Doroshenko, DUDUNIA and Janeck Altshuler. Together they will present a performance created exclusively for the festival:
Naina Doroshenko, a talented singer and bandurist from Odessa, takes the audience on a journey between traditional Ukrainian sounds and modern influences with her impressive voice and virtuoso playing on the bandura.
DUDUNIA is a sound traveler who uses African djembe, Georgian panduri, synthesizers and guitar to create a captivating musical landscape between energetic rhythms and meditative moments.
Janeck Altshuler, DJ and music enthusiast with Ukrainian roots, provides the right musical backdrop as host. With his experience and flair for Eastern European sounds, he accompanies the artists and adds subtle accents that round off the performance.
Together, these three artists offer a fusion of live music and electronic sounds that will captivate the audience. A night full of energy, emotion and cultural diversity - just like the goEast festival itself.
