Die Jungen im Kunstverein

The Junge im Kunstverein is a platform for anyone who is looking to engage with art and exchange ideas with like-minded people. Here you can meet new people, network and learn more about art in direct conversation with art historians, artists and gallery owners.
The next event on November 26 will be the ars viva 2025 exhibition - a contemporary art prize in which the three winning positions will be exhibited. The ars viva prize for fine art has been awarded since 1953 by the Kulturkreis der deutschen Wirtschaft im Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. to outstanding young artists living in Germany whose artistic work demonstrates an independent formal language and an awareness of contemporary issues. This year's award for young artists in the field of visual arts goes to Wisrah C. V. da R. Celestino (*1989), Vincent Scheers (*1990) and Helena Uambembe (*1994).
On December 10, we will visit the Bremen artist Sabine Wewer in her studio at the Center for Art in the Tabakquartier, Woltmershausen.
