Children's opera by Mike Svoboda, libretto by Anne-May Krüger based on Rudyard Kipling's The Cat that Walked by Himself (2019)

The cat assures us again and again in this story. She doesn't want to be tamed by humans - not like all the other animals. Because she has a mind of her own. Composer Mike Svoboda and librettist Anne-May Krüger use catchy and visually rich music to highlight the different character traits of various animals.

In addition to students from the music theater/opera singing course, an instrumental ensemble consisting of viola, cello and double bass will be on stage in this chamber opera for young audiences aged 5 and up.
