In the organizer's words:

Heaven's cooking class - The premiere in our spectacular show kitchen - Cook like a heavenly chef!

The new kitchen party from Heaven's Kitchen is on air. Together with other foodies and kitchen maniacs, you will learn the tricks of the trade of vegan cooking. Based on our current H7S Menu Volume XI, we will conjure up a delicious 4-course menu including amuse bouche, with which you can not only show off mercilessly, but also learn many exciting basics of vegan cuisine.

This is what will be cooked:

Mini tartelette of "goat's cheese" (no goat was harmed) and agave syrup
Mini kohlrabi with vanilla gel

1st course
Clear pumpkin consommé
garnished with edible flowers, vegetable pearls, cranberry caviar & pumpkin bao bun with a spicy pumpkin chili chutney

2nd course
Parsley root in all its facets
Baked parsley root in a hazelnut coating with
Espuma from the parsley root, "chopped" parsley with beet soil & green mayo from the parsley - more variation is not possible.

3rd (intermediate) course
Raviolo filled with goat's cheese (no goat was harmed again), pea espuma and confit yellow tomatoes

4th course
Lukewarm chocolate cake with olive oil, olive oil-mint sorbet and rhubarb gel

Experience an unforgettable evening in our Heaven's Food Factory, which is located directly above Heaven's Kitchen on the second floor.

The program:

Welcome with a delicious welcome drink to arrive relaxed and have first conversations.
In small groups, you will conjure up creative vegan dishes under the guidance of our kitchen professionals.
While cooking, you can exchange ideas, get to know new people and simply have fun.
At the end, you can enjoy the culinary results together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our show kitchen is fully equipped and provides the perfect stage for your cooking adventure!
