Die Prinzen have ruled the German pop landscape for 35 years and quite rightly so! With an unmistakable sound, great hits and a good pinch of humor, they have not only sung their way into the charts, but also into the hearts of millions of fans. Six million records sold, 16 gold and platinum records, two Echo Music Awards and numerous other prizes are proof of this: This band is no one-hit wonder, but the royal elite of German pop! Whether it's "Millionär", "Mann im Mond", "Küssen verboten" or "(Du musst) ein Schwein sein" - their songs have long since become part of the DNA of German-language music. In 2026, they will present themselves live to their fans with a very special production to mark the band's 35th anniversary and tour Germany with "Symphonica".

"All just stolen"? No, in 2026 everything is orchestrated! The Prinzen have sent their greatest hits to the royal sound palace and now let them shine in a noble symphonic guise.

50 musicians on one stage: together with the renowned orchestra of the Thüringen Philharmonie Gotha-Eisenach, they present an unforgettable concert experience full of emotion, musical sophistication, rousing arrangements and, of course, an extra portion of Prinzen charm.

1991 - Germany in upheaval, Leipzig on the move, and right in the middle of it all: seven young musicians who deliver the soundtrack of a generation with their debut album "Das Leben ist grausam". Within a very short space of time, they became the first all-German pop group to climb the musical royal staircase. Their songs shaped the 90s and are still played today in daycare centers, stadiums and probably even in outer space.

But Die Prinzen are not just retro royals, they are a perennial favorite. For over three decades, Sebastian Krumbiegel, Tobias Künzel, Wolfgang Lenk, Jens Sembdner, Henri Schmidt, Mathias Dietrich and Alexander "Ali" Zieme have been delivering new songs, legendary live shows and - of course - always fresh musical nonsense. They have revolutionized the a cappella genre, with or without instruments, and are far from finished. Even after 35 years, they still perform with their original line-up! And the best thing is: 82% of all Germans know them, the remaining 18% simply haven't listened to them properly yet.
