Die Quittung is the solo project of drummer and multi-instrumentalist Josen Bach. Josen always finds a great self-deprecating approach to the lifestyle of a musician in the year 2025, surrounded by hyperpop kids and TikTok creators. In his videos, he prefers to present himself as a sleazy business consultant and online demagogue rather than falling for one himself!
In terms of sound, Die Quittung moves somewhere between Krautrock, spoken word, punk, synthwaves and EDM.
Die Quittung performs live solo, as a duo, trio or quartet with varying line-ups.

There have been many incarnations of SICKER MAN throughout the past 20 years.
He went from experimental electronica to shoegaze pop to free noise improvisations.
But there have always been two constants in his work. One is his quest for new and unique music, no matter the genre. And the second is the electric cello, which is his main tool of his artistic journey for 20 years now. Massive drones are mixed with distorted beats and shoegaze melodies. The Bug meets Arthur Russell meets Peter Brötzmann.
