Oliver Prahl, professor of geosciences, urgently needs to learn to dance for an important awards ceremony. Actually a reason to be happy, if it weren't for one problem: Oliver is autistic and detests any form of physical contact.
But now he has to learn to dance - whether he wants to or not. He has chosen his neighbor, Lena Heinze, as his dance teacher - she is a dancer. Absurd situations soon arise between the unlikely couple, as the professor takes everything literally and panics when it comes to the first touches that are inevitable when dancing.
Little by little, the two dance partners get closer - much closer than they thought...
