Die Unbeugsamen 2 - Guten Morgen, ihr Schönen! (Dokumentarfilm)

The documentary by Torsten Körner sheds light on the lives of 15 women who grew up in the GDR and stood up for their personal freedom and women's rights despite state control and traditional role models. Their biographies reveal how they resisted and preserved their identities. With the help of archive material and interviews, combined with scenes from subversive DEFA films, a multifaceted picture of the lives and challenges of women in the GDR emerges.
